Josh McKoon, chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, expressed his concern about the potential for further crimes facilitated by the Biden administration's policies. His statement comes in the wake of reports about a Haitian man's arrest for criminal behavior after entering the U.S. through the Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) parole program.

"How many more of these Biden enabled crimes will be committed before action is taken," said McKoon, according to X.

McKoon's comments were made in response to Bill Melugin's report of a Haitian man arrested for allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old disabled girl at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts.

Melugin stated on X: "The Haitian man arrested for raping a 15 y/o disabled girl at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts Wednesday night came to the U.S. via the Biden admin’s parole program for Haitians, which allowed him to fly into JFK airport in NYC direct from Haiti in June 2023 w/ a 2 year parole grant. We’re told that ICE has now filed a detainer on 26-year-old Cory B. Alvarez with local authorities, & that he had a sponsor listed in New Jersey as part of his parole."

According to information provided by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrant Services on their CHNV webpage, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has introduced procedures for nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela - as well as their immediate relatives - to seek entry to the United States through structured channels. Eligible individuals lacking U.S. entry documents may be considered for advanced travel authorization and temporary parole for up to two years if they meet urgent humanitarian needs or offer significant public benefit. To participate, applicants must secure a U.S.-based supporter, undergo stringent security vetting, meet additional eligibility criteria, and demonstrate the need for favorable discretion.

McKoon is not only a member of the Cathedral of Christ the King congregation but also serves as Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party according to Josh McKoon's Bio on X.
